Eligibility and Requests

A request will need to be made for each item you are interested in checking out. To check out equipment an individual must serve a partner school district, school, or community organization in our service region (Banks SD, Beaverton SD, Hillsboro SD, Forest Grove SD, and/or Portland PS). Priority is given to underserved and/or underrepresented schools/community partners. Popular items may have a waitlist.

Deliveries and Pick Ups

Deliveries and pick-ups will only be made on the schedule above. Deliveries and pick-ups outside the published schedule WILL NOT be arranged.

Damaged or lost items and equipment may result exclusion from future check out of equipment. Please treat rented items with care and respect. When you are done with your items, repack them thoughtfully.
